Sara Picavet

• A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, she then furthered her studies with artists specializing in contemporary repertoire (Ictus, Jan Michiels, Hakan Austbo, Jan Pace...)

• Focuses on 20th and 21st century repertoires and contemporary Belgian and international creation

• Performs as a solo pianist or chamber musician with ensembles such as Hopper, Tiptoe Company, Ensemble XXI, and "Sarrasine," a new violin-piano duo with Céline Bodson. Has been invited to perform with various orchestras and chamber ensembles (Vlaamse Opera, Brussels Philharmonic, Musiques Nouvelles, etc.)
